These two young ladies are honoring the memory of two friends who died in a car crash this summer while working on Habitat for Humanity projects. They are doing chalk art works as they travel about. R.I.P Xristina and Paige.

One of these had a “women only” day. This became a great social event; the ladies brought lavish food and tried to outdo each other by ordering the latest and fanciest bathing suits from the east coast or decorating their own. Perhaps our modern ladies could use a day off, lounging at the spring, once a week!

This is how to cook chili, I made this cooker this past winter in my off time, it works real good. My brother-in-law is watching the progress from the deck. The chili burgers for dinner were real good, fresh chili can’t be beat.
