Free concerts in Durango’s Buckley Park presented by Community Concert Hall/Alpine Bank
DURANGO, Colo. – The Community Concert Hall/Alpine Bank summer series “Concerts @ The Park” continues on July 6, 2017, with Garrett Lebeau set to take the stage in Durango’s Buckley Park, 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.
Born and raised on the Wind River Indian Reservation near Lander, Wyo., Lebeau is an enrolled member of the Shoshone Indian Tribe. During his youth, the “blues” with “soul” spoke to him, and since that time he has endeavored to create music with a spirit about life and the trials of the working man. Rise to the Grind is Lebeau’s debut album on Jimmy Lefave’s Music Road Records.
He writes, “My goal is to connect with other like-minded human beings, to keep the tradition of soul music alive.”

Designed to make live music more accessible to a broader community audience, the “Concerts @ The Park” shows require no tickets and offer a family-friendly environment to enjoy a diverse music line-up.
Concertgoers are asked to bring their own chairs or blankets, as seating is not provided at Buckley Park. Fired Up Pizzeria and Schlotzsky’s will offer small food items for sale at the park, but picnics are invited.
