High Altitude Baking Class
We’ve teamed up with V.A. Poma Ranch to host our High Altitude Baking Class and Recipe Rescue!
When: 10 am Saturday, September 18 to 3 pm Sunday September 19, 2010
Where: V.A. Poma Ranch (www.poma-ranch.com)
What: High Altitude Baking Class & Overnight Retreat
You Get:
- Saturday Brunch at 10:00 a.m.
- All day, hands-on, baking class conducted by Kathy Keyes from Pagosa Baking Company
- Saturday Dinner at 7:00 p.m., including the wonderful results of the day’s class work.
- Evening campfire
- Saturday night’s lodging in one of the V.A. Poma Ranch’s historic, clean, comfortable, camp cabins
- Sunday Sourdough Pancake Breakfast at 9:00 am, and use of Poma Ranch facilities till 3 pm
Price: $176.00 per person includes 3 meals, lodging, class and materials.
