Hot Springs Blvd. Standoff Has Ended

After 26 hours of negotiating the standoff has ended. An armed man who had barricaded himself inside his vehicle near Hot Springs Blvd. was finally taken into custody. Hot Springs Blvd. remains closed for investigation.  Read more in Thursday’s issue of the Pagosa Springs Sun.
