Shearer Creek Fire fully contained  

 

DURANGO – The Shearer Creek Fire in the San Juan National Forest three miles west of Lemon Reservoir has been fully contained.  The fire reached six to eight acres in size was started by lightning. Currently there are no other reports of wildfires on public lands in Southwest Colorado.
