Open Ashtanga Practice every Tuesday @ noon
We’re offering open time and space at the studio for a self-led Ashtanga practice with a handout of the posture sequence for you to follow. This is in preparation for Stan Woodman’s upcoming Ashtanga Workshop Weekend (see flyer below). *Note: You can register online for his individual workshops or the whole weekend with a variety of offerings: discovering the control we have over our own experience of happiness, physical practice, exploring the energetic body mind connection, the nature of the mind, and our deeper essence.
