“The Chair” Exhibit Featuring Karl Isberg Opens at SHY RABBIT Studio

SHY RABBIT Contemporary Arts: Gallery, Studio & Workshops is pleased to announce the opening of its first solo exhibition, “The Chair”, featuring new paintings and drawings by Colorado artist, Karl Isberg.

This long awaited 1-person exhibit launches on Saturday, August 13, with an Open House/Artists’ Reception from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and continues through Sunday, September 18, 2011.

The public is welcome at no charge. Light refreshments will be served throughout the day.

Isberg will be in attendance to answer any questions that visitors may have, and to explain his thought and working processes.

SHY RABBIT is open to the public daily – at no charge – from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., and evenings by appointment.

SHY RABBIT Contemporary Arts; Gallery, Studio & Workshops is located at 333 Bastille Drive, two blocks north of US 160, off of North Pagosa Boulevard in Pagosa Springs, Colo.

The 4,000 square foot art center houses a fine art gallery and working ceramic studio, two mixed-media workshops and rotating exhibition spaces.

SHY RABBIT presents 4-6 exhibitions annually, showcasing the finest in contemporary art by emerging, mid-career and nationally recognized artists from throughout the country.
